Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our socials and content execution. You will work on campaigns, creating content, and learn how performance marketing works from awareness to conversion.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and manage ad campaigns on social media platforms.
Monitor campaign performance for optimisation (budget, creatives, audiences).
Create short-form video content reels for social platforms (Eg, TikTok, LinkedIn, IG, Facebook)
Ideate campaign ideas and content angles & captions for social media posts.
Work with the team to produce visuals, designs and marketing content.
Research trends in AI, tech, and digital marketing for content ideas.
Track campaign metrics and prepare short performance summaries.
Support for events, workshops, and community sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

Good written communication skills in English.
Familiar with major social media platforms.
Comfortable using tools like Figma, CapCut, or similar.
Willing to learn and apply
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Curious about AI, tech, or digital marketing.

Nice to have:

Basic video editing or design experience.
Exposure to ads or social media management.

Internship Period:

April/May 2026 – August 2026 (Summer)
August 2026 - October 2026
November 2026 - January 2027 (Winter)
Minimum 3-month commitment
Hybrid working arrangement (WFH / Office, dependent on event schedule)
