About the role
We are an established medical aesthetic clinic seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for our paid marketing efforts on relevant platforms such as Google, META, Tik-Tok etc.
What you'll be doing- Analysing industry trends and areas of market demand for our services
- Helping to perform competitor research and analysis
- End to end ownership of performance marketing campaigns from planning, allocating budget, setting up, execution and subsequent monitoring and refinement
- Collaborating with the creative teams to create compelling digital content and assets
- At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, META Ads, Google Analytics, and relevant performance tracking software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data from our marketing campaigns and work together closely with top management to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with the aesthetic and healthcare industry is a plus, but not essential
- Ability to perform website optimization and technical SEO, GEO is a plus, but not essential
- An individual able to work in a lean team, able to multi-task and who is open to personal growth in the medical marketing sector.
