Job Scope:

Warehouse / Logistics Assistant

Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator

Develop warehouse layout and planning strategies for optimal space utilization.
Oversee and maintain warehouse documentation and inventory records accurately.
Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiently.
Analyze processes across receiving, handling, distribution, and storage to identify improvements.
Update and track data using MS Excel, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Candidate with Forklift License will be an advantage
Candidate with Singapore Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
