Finance Assistant (Logistic Industries) - Bukit Batok

• Manage full set billing and other accounts related such as Accounts Payable
• Preparation of monthly Statement of Accounts & follow up on receivables with customers
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing to customers
• Check accuracy and posting of vendors’ invoices
• Provide back up support to team members in the performances of duties
• To take on additional task as delegated by the Finance Manager and Group Finance Manager

• At least 2 or more Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Preferably specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

Preferably with experience in the logistics environment
