Job Description

  • Position Title: Admin Assistant / Purchasing Assistant
  • Working Location: North East (Transport provided)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $2500 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase equipment, spare parts, and materials required for steel fabrication and installation projects.
  • Liaise with contractors to procure services and ensure all specifications are met.
  • Obtain quotes and prepare purchase orders for necessary approvals.
  • Verify invoices and delivery orders prior to processing for Head of Department's (HOD) approval.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all transactions and relevant information.
  • Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) on MRP system.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
