Job Summary:

Up to $2,400/-month + staff meals & incentives
6-day work week with rotating shifts: Opening (9am–5pm) or Closing (2pm–10pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and prompt manner
Accurately take orders using the POS system and provide menu recommendations
Prepare and serve drinks, condiments, and side items as needed
Manage queues and guide guests to their seats during peak hours
Pack takeaway and delivery orders with care, ensuring accuracy and quality
Address customer feedback or complaints positively and escalate when necessary
Assist with basic food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
Restock kitchen supplies during service hours
Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the back-of-house area
