Job summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide operations, logistics, sales & HR support
- Assistance to the Operations / Country Manager
- Administrative or Receptionist duties
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Work independently
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Purchasing activities: Generate Purchase Order to Suppliers & Coordinate Delivery arrival
Sourcing Activities including research of the potential vendors
Order tracking to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor Stock levels daily and place orders as needed
Update and maintain Records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory control
Logistics activities: Sales & Invoices Documentation, Import & Export processing/documentation
Liaise with customers/forwarders on shipping arrangements
Admin activities: Liaising with customer, Sub-con, Main-Con, and customers
