• You will manage the end-to-end processing of accounts payable, staff expense claims, and various intercompany financial transactions.
• Your responsibilities include ensuring the cash book remains current through regular bank reconciliations and accurate posting of incoming receipts.
• You will provide essential support to the billing and credit control functions to facilitate smooth financial operations and cash flow management.
• The role involves overseeing the administrative lifecycle of client accounts, including opening new matters and processing necessary adjustments or closures.
• You will collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders and regional teams to implement process improvements and maintain a high standard of service delivery.

• This position is ideally suited for dynamic individuals ranging from recent graduates to those with a maximum of two years of relevant corporate experience.
• Candidates who are available to commence employment immediately or within a maximum notice period of one month will be prioritized for this role.
• You should hold a recognized diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline to support your technical foundation.
• Strong proficiency in Excel - Pivot Tables, X/V Lookup
