Automation Engineer/System Engineer

• System Design & Development
• Develop and deploy automation systems using platforms such as ControlLogix, FactoryTalk, and PlantPAx.
• Configure and integrate Building Management Systems (BMS) and skid systems for environmental and process control.
• Implement ThinManager for centralized thin client management and application deployment.
• Project Execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and validation in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Document system architecture, user manuals, and validation protocols.
• Support & Optimization
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance automation strategies.

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering.
• Proficiency with Rockwell Automation tools (e.g., RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk View).
• Experience with BMS, skid systems, and environmental control applications.
• Understanding of GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with ThinManager.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, OPC, Modbus).
• Prior work in GMP-regulated environments within life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
