Brief Summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented professional to facilitate seamless sea freight operations, ensuring precision in

documentation and excellent customer service. Join us to play a pivotal role in coordinating efficient logistics

management.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between clients, overseas offices/agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth handling of sea freight shipments.
• Manage and coordinate Sea Export shipments, ensuring customer requirements are met and documentation is accurate.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Procedures.
• Monitor and manage costs, timelines, and service quality to complete tasks with accuracy.
• Produce and manage import documentation, including customs declarations and Trade-net operations.
• Perform data entry and general shipping functions, coordinating to resolve shipment issues effectively.
• Communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, and partners for smooth pickup/delivery.
• Ensure timely billing and collection of related charges from consignees or agents.
• Follow up with warehouses and overseas offices regarding short-landed, damaged, or discrepant cargo.
• Address customer inquiries and handle complaints effectively.
• Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costings, and close shipment files while maintaining document organization.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, warehouses, carriers, customs clearance, and trucking services, based on shipment requirements.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, import procedures, or permit declarations is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good analytical abilities and a proactive team player mindset.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
