Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to provide advisory on HR policies, processes, and employment regulations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver a strong candidate experience
- Oversee full employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Review and implement HR policies aligned with legislation and organisational values
- Collaborate with leadership to shape an engaging and high-performance work culture
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources / Business Management
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience ( Healthcare / Social Service / Govt Setting / MNC Exp preferred )
