Responsibilities
  • Responding promptly to walk in customers and attend to their inquiries including phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Attend to their enquiries on product warranty and repairs issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Update customers on the repair status of the faulty products
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Nitec or GCE 'O'/ 'N' Level
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment or call center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns
