Quantity Surveyor

Tendering: Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQ).

• Contract: Manage progress claims, evaluate variation orders (VOs), and handle contract documentation from inception to final account.
• Coordination: Liaise effectively with main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure project budgets remain on track.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous project records and documentation for historical data.
• Develop and maintain organized frameworks for cost estimates, tender documents, and progress claims.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Management, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Interior Fit-Out or construction industry.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract administration, and local construction regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Language: Good communication skills in English
• Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines in a
• fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
