Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a small team in daily operations
Assist passengers at check-in counters & self-service kiosks
Guide travelers at Auto Bag Drop machines
Perform gate handling duties, including liaison with airline crews & departments
Escort and assist transit passengers at transfer areas
Provide support for passengers requiring special assistance
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

✅ Requirements

Locals only
Higher NITEC / Diploma (min.)
No experience needed – training provided
Independent, proactive & service-oriented
Able to work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
Up to 6 days work week
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: From $2,300+
Monthly Allowances: Up to $500
Joining Bonus: $5,000 ?
Annual AWS (13th month bonus)
Performance Bonus: Up to 3 months
