Sales Support & Operations Executive

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Sales Support & Operations Executive to support our sales, operations and order fulfilment processes. The role requires close coordination with both internal teams and customers to ensure accurate documentation, timely order processing, and smooth delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations in accordance with customer requirements and sales team inputs
  • Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and convert approved quotations into Sales Orders promptly
  • Liaise with the procurement team to coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely fulfilment of orders
  • Monitor and track sales order status, ensuring deliveries are completed within agreed timelines
  • Coordinate with customers to arrange delivery or collection of goods, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address order-related queries and updates
  • Maintain organized and proper documentation and records of all sales transactions
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team, and supporting management when required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently

Work Location: Primarily remote till office is confirmed
