Business Development & Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly adaptable and proactive Business Development & Operations Executive to support our growing startup projects in Singapore.

This is a dynamic role that combines business development, operations support, project coordination and client engagement.

The suitable candidate should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support business operations and project execution
• Attend meetings and assist with client communication
• Follow up with customers and potential leads
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
• Coordinate with internal and external partners
• Support administrative and operational tasks
• Conduct market research and business analysis
• Assist with merchant onboarding and project implementation
• Work closely with management on growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and solve problems
• Strong spoken and written English required
• Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking clients
• Comfortable meeting clients and supporting business activities
• Startup mindset with willingness to learn
• Singapore market experience preferred
