- Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Process monthly payroll accurately for all staff (including event promoters) and submit IR21 forms.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Establish and monitor department-specific KPIs.
- Maintain confidential employee records (personal details, contracts, payroll data, performance appraisals).
- Min 2-3years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- With short notice period is preferred
