HR Generalist
Salary: $4000 - $4500Location: Tuas (Company transport from Jurong East MRT)

Working HoursMon–Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Lunch: 12.30pm – 1.30pm)
Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm (WFH, standby only; reply when required)
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Support payroll preparation, including OT, deductions, and claims
- Handle payroll and HR-related queries
- Assist with statutory submissions (CPF, tax filing, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Prepare basic HR reports for management
- Administer employee benefits and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Singapore labour laws
- Provide general HR administrative support
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR administration and payroll
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
