Job Description
Role Overview:
As an Associate Consultant (Low-Code Engineer/Power Platform) , you will be responsible as the technical specialist who supports existing Power Platform apps and is responsible for designing, building and managing business applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including its related services, that form the solution that meets the organisation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on going support for existing Power Platform Canvas/Model-driven apps to ensure operability and enhancement required by the Stakeholders
Continuous update/create technical documentation, solution designs and user guides
Manages the deployment of solutions from development to testing and to production
Perform testing and debugging of the applications and workflows to ensure they are reliable and secure
Involved in design and creation of custom business applications using the Power Platform suite and not limited on the need to integrate with services hosted/provided from the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)
Workflow automation, which includes building and managing automated workflows using Power Automate to connect to different apps and services, and not limited to handling of approvals and automating repetitive tasks
Developing reports/dashboards using Power BI with business insights from the various data sources or from the application that its development
Be part of the solutioning team to translate business requirements into functional and technical design
To be able to create/iterating on functional protypes (MVPs) to get immediate feedback from stakeholders.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years with:
Advanced experience in Power Platform Canvas Apps
Advanced experience with Power Automate (including complex flows and integrations)
Experience with Custom Connectors on Power Platform
Experience with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry or Cognitive Services)
Experience integrating Azure Blob Storage and SQL with Power Platform
Basic experience with SharePoint and OneDrive integration within Power Platform
Skillsets:
Data management: SQL (Advanced)
MS Power Platform Canvas Apps development and optimisation
Azure Cloud (Basic) understanding of Azure services used in the Power Platform context, Managed instance SQL, Blob Storage
(Knowledge and experience with the development of Power Apps with services on Azure GCC will be preferred)
Certifications (Preferred)
