As a AM - Orthopaedic Surgery (Clinical Coordinator), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure compliance with SG-GCP, HBRA, and all relevant MOH regulations.
• Maintain strong understanding of assigned registry protocols.
• Prepare and update DSRB applications and amendments.
• Review inclusion/exclusion criteria with registry custodian.
• Obtain informed consent after explaining data collection purpose.
• Monitor outcomes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely post-op data collection.
• Prepare clinical data to support doctors’ research.
• Ensure accurate and complete participant assessments.
• Verify database entries match source data.
• Maintain organized records of regulatory and study documents.
• Submit and present monthly reports and clinical indicators.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
