Summary:

Job Scope:

• Team Leadership & Support: Support the Manager in overseeing and guiding a team of Cost and Contract Executives.
• Budget & Financial Management: Prepare cost budgets and cash flows, monitor design changes, and adjust financial projections accordingly.
• Tendering & Procurement: Source, analyze, and negotiate vendor quotations, and draft comprehensive tender documents (including Bills of Quantities).
• Contract Administration: Review, prepare, and distribute formal agreements for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Claims & Progress Payments: Certify progress work done, assess monthly progress claims, and handle variations (VO) and Extensions of Time (EOT).
• Final Accounts & Settlements: Finalize both main contract and subcontract final accounts, including final valuations and payment settlements.
• Client Advisory & Collaboration: Act as a financial advisor to clients on cost feasibility, attend site meetings, and collaborate closely with technical teams.
