Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in construction firm for senior post
- PC Literate (MS word / Excel)
- 5-day work week
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers
- Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation
- Evaluate Contract/ Sub-Contract works
- Carry out other Contracts Administration activities
