About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Promoter to join our team at Flaming Queen Home Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in-store at our retail location in the Orchard Central Region.Your primary focus will be to engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and convert sales.
What you'll be doing- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Basic product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our products
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
