About the role

Personal Assistant cum HR Executive role reporting to the Executive Chairman cum Joint CEO & Joint CEO within the Management / HR Department. This position combines personal assistant duties supporting senior management with HR administrative coordination responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for management
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including venue setup
  • Handle travel arrangements, visa applications, accommodation, and itinerary planning
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications
  • Assist with personal errands or tasks for management when required
  • Act as the liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
  • Manage and coordinate Management's personal payment and administrative matters, including liaising with Finance to ensure timely processing and payments of personal credit card bills, reimbursements, subscriptions, and other related expenses
  • Assist in maintaining employees' attendance
  • Support employee welfare activities and company events
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and administrative correspondence when required
About you
  • At least Diploma / Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in executive support, personal assistant, administration, or HR coordination roles
  • Prior experience supporting senior management, directors, or C-level executives will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Possess good interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to converse and write in English and Chinese as communicating with Chinese speaking employees from time to time is required
