Our esteemed client in the Logistics/ Transportation industry is seeking a Customer Service Officer/ Executive to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent
Position: Customer Service Officer/ Executive
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday half day (WFH)
Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate existing and new customer accounts.
Handle inbound/ outbound communications and deliver exceptional customer service.
Prepare shipment quotations and arrange shipments according to customer needs.
Maintain positive relationships with both customers and vendors.
Proactively resolve customer issues.

Job Requirements:

At least NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
Able to start work in short notice.
