Logistics Operations Officer/Executive, Air Freight (AirFreight Operations) - Bedok

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure full adherence to import/export regulations, including accurate tariff classification, timely submission of documentation, and proper duty and tax payments.
• Manage and oversee international shipments via sea and air by collaborating closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and internal company policies to support smooth and lawful logistics operations.
• Track shipments and manage warehouse inventory, while working cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in air freight operations.
• Hands-on experience with cutting airway bills and permit declarations, preferably within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and demonstrates a proactive, positive attitude.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Only open to Singaporean citizens.
