Sales/ Marketing executive

Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Strategies:Creating and executing sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying target markets and customer segments.
- Lead Generation and Sales:Generating leads through various channels, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating and closing deals.
- Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis:Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve strategies.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:Tracking sales performance, creating reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication:Working with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure a coordinated approach.
- Brand Awareness and Promotion:Developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and participating in events to promote the brand.
- Budget Management:Managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
