The Job

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting business development across assigned regional markets within the crane or heavy machinery industry. If you're a dynamic, results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, we invite you to make a significant impact in our regional sales operations.

What You Can Expect of the Job
  • You’ll develop, manage, and expand sales opportunities across assigned markets.
  • You’ll proactively identify, qualify, and secure new customer leads whilst strengthening long-term customer relationships.
  • You’ll deliver product presentations and basic technical briefings to customers.
  • You’ll conduct customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project progress.
  • You’ll provide timely updates on customer requirements, project status, and next steps.
  • You’ll prepare project costings, quotations, and commercial proposals.
  • You’ll prepare technical and commercial tenders with support of internal team members.
  • You’ll ensure smooth coordination between customers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • You’ll monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities and customer insights.
  • You’ll support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, customer events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
What We Expect of You
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in crane, construction, or heavy machinery sectors
  • Engineering background or ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience managing or working with agents or distributors in the regional markets
  • Familiar with tender processes and commercial contracting
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and a strong team player
  • Willing and able to travel on short notice
  • Fast learner with strong ownership mindset
  • Confident and engaging communicator with customers
  • Agile, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
  • Collaborative team player with strong follow-up discipline
