Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT business solutions to support recruitment operations.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions.

Collaborate with recruitment, sales, and operations teams to optimize workflow through digital platforms.

Oversee system integrations (e.g., ATS, CRM) and ensure data security and compliance.

Manage third-party vendors and internal development teams for timely project delivery.

Monitor KPIs and continuously improve technological tools used in recruitment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management or business solutions, preferably in HR/recruitment domain.

Strong understanding of recruitment systems, automation tools, and cloud-based platforms.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday, etc.)

Exposure to digital transformation in HR or recruitment companies.
