Customer Service Executive (Order processing and Shipping documents)

Benefits summary:

• Basic up to $4000

Job scope:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing inquiries via email and phone professionally.
• Process sales and purchase orders, as well as invoices, using SAP.
• Track and follow up on customer orders while coordinating shipment arrangements and updates.
• Handle full set of shipping documentation, including LC, B/L, AWB, and import/export forms.
• Liaise with factories, agents, and freight forwarders to ensure timely production and delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma in any field
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related applications
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics/supply chain/shipping is advantageous
