As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the APAC region. As a Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor and product advocate for Netis Global solutions throughout the sales process.

You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to understand client needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and design customized solutions that meet customer requirements across industries including finance, government, and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer technical requirements and business goals.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and live product demonstrations to prospects and clients.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including RFI/RFP responses, architecture designs, and solution proposals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering technical insights on AIOps, network performance monitoring, and service assurance.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and pilots to demonstrate technical value and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for client engagements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in AIOps and network analytics.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, solution architecture, or related technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with AIOps, IT operations management, or application performance monitoring (APM) platforms is a strong plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in the financial services, government, or large-scale IT environments is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed.
