- Source, Organize and Participate Career Fairs
- Coordinating with recruitment agencies
- Interview Process to manage
- Initial review of CV before sharing with the hiring manager
- Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates/agencies
- Following up on interview outcomes and obtaining approval for offers
- Issuing offer letters to candidates/agencies
- Medical Check up & Onboarding Process
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in HR or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience in hiring of blue collars
