• Managing end-to-end HR operations including Recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
• Administering employee benefits, leave, and Group Insurance matters
• Driving end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions
• Handling work pass applications and all work pass renewals
• Supporting employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Coordinating performance appraisal, training, and development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Lead and coordinate HRIS system migration activities, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient transition with minimal operational disruption
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement programmes and activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Reviewing and improving HR policies and SOPs
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager

• Cert, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of HR generalist experience in similar industry
• Familiar with MOM work pass regulations and portal (MyMOMPortal & WPOL)
• Experience in HRIS systems (e.g., Info-Tech or equivalent)
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
