About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Lead Content Strategist who has the creative muscle to scale our social media operations today, and the business ambition to step into the Head of Agency role tomorrow.

Initially, you will completely own the social media strategy for both our internal brand and our client portfolio. Your primary mandate is simple: architect high-performing content ecosystems that rapidly scale reach, build loyal communities, and—most importantly—generate high-quality business leads.

As you prove your strategic capabilities and cultural fit, you will be fast-tracked to take over full operational and P&L (Profit & Loss) management of the agency, leading our growth into the next era.

Phase 1: Social Media & Content Strategy (Immediate Focus)
  • Growth Architecture: Design and execute multi-channel social media strategies (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for both our internal agency brand and our clients.
  • Funnel Optimization: Focus heavily on key performance indicators: Organic Reach, Follower Growth, and Lead Generation Conversion Rates.
  • Client Partnership: Act as the lead strategic consultant for key clients, turning their commercial goals into creative, high-yielding social content plans.
  • Content Innovation: Stay ahead of platform algorithms, emerging content formats, and AI-driven distribution tools to keep our agency's offerings cutting-edge.
Phase 2: Agency Leadership & Business Operations (6–12 Month Horizon)
  • P&L Ownership: Transition into managing the agency's financial health, including budgeting, pricing strategies, forecasting, and revenue growth.
  • Team Scaling & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of content creators, copywriters, and account managers.
  • Business Development: Work closely with the founders to scale the agency via client retention, service upsells, and strategic pitches.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or content creation (agency environment preferred), with at least 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
  • Proven Track Record: A portfolio demonstrating measurable success in growing organic social channels, achieving viral reach, and establishing functional B2B or B2C lead-generation funnels.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong organizational skills and a keen interest in the financial side of running a business (prior exposure to budgets or agency operations is a massive bonus).
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore and legally authorized to work without corporate visa sponsorship.
