Content Creator & Social Media Strategist
Role Summary
Vin's Automotive Group (SGX Listed Catalist Board) is seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to join our Marketing & Branding Division.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while developing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, grow audience engagement, and support lead generation across our automotive businesses.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behaviour. - Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, script, film, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, and social media content.
- Capture photography and videography content for vehicles, customer testimonials, events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy that align with brand objectives.
- Design basic social media creatives, promotional graphics, and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Identify content opportunities across vehicle sales, leasing, workshop services, insurance, financing, and corporate branding.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to generate fresh content ideas.
- Build and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions where required.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Workshop, Leasing, Insurance, and Management teams.
- Track and analyse content performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data, audience insights, and campaign results.
- Support performance marketing campaigns through creative concept development and content production.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely delivery of content according to content calendar.
- Number of social media posts, videos, and campaigns produced.
- Growth in followers, subscribers, and audience engagement.
- Reach, impressions, and content performance metrics.
- Lead generation and enquiry contribution from social media channels.
- Consistency and quality of brand representation.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with content support.
- Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Advertising, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, content creation, branding, or digital marketing.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or CapCut.
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media best practices.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics is advantageous.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
- Automotive industry interest is advantageous.

- Working Hours
- 25 days work week
- Monday to Friday: 08.45am – 05.45pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 08.45am – 12.45pm (5th Saturday required to work)
