Accounts Assistant (Maternity cover)

We are looking for suitable candidates to perform the following as a maternity cover for our staff who will be taking maternity leave beginning August:

• Issue invoices and upload them to customer invoice platform and submit an email e-invoice to customer.
• Proper filing of invoice, incoming/outgoing payment, vouchers, and related documents.
• Compilation of monthly sales report
• AR reconciliation to ensure accuracy of receipts and transactions, issue customer statements of account on a timely basis and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
• Prior experience in handling GST compilation and submission.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cross check to all payment and receiving transactions.
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as requested.
• Handle petty cash payouts.
• Ensure monthly accounts are closed on a timely manner. (Guidance will be provided)

Requirements:

• Diploma or similar (ACCA partial)
• Preferable with 3 years of experience in accounting function
• Attentive to details and willing to adapt/ learnt in the job
• Familiar with SAP or other ERP software
