Job Responsibilities- Assist with invoice processing and verification
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Filing and documentation of accounts-related documents
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
