Salary: Up to $3000

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of healthcare products
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of products in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and company SOPs
• Perform regular stock and cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Monitor product shelf life and enforce First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management principles
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, and Sales) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Manage product returns, quarantine, and disposal processes in accordance with healthcare regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records, ensuring all documentation is always audit-ready
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry
• Knowledge of GDP, HSA requirements, or healthcare logistics standards is an advantage
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (SAP / Oracle / WMS)
