Occupational Therapist (2 years)

Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join us in a full-time outpatient, clinic-based role. Opportunities may cover both adult and paedetric SOC setting.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and independently develop individualized treatment plans for paediatric patients
• Implement customized, evidence-based interventions effectively and safely
• Educate and coach parents on home programmes, equipping them with strategies to support their child’s development in daily routines
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare professional reports
• Plan and facilitate group therapy programmes with allied health team members
• Deliver caregiver education through individual coaching and workshops
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and service standards
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to clinical education for Occupational Therapy students
• Support departmental training and hospital education talks

• Recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered or eligible for full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (Singapore)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with sound clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated patient-centred mindset
• Positive, collaborative team player
• IT proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in Paediatrics will be an advantage but not mandatory
