Occupational Therapist - Locum

About the role

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalised treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients' functional abilities, independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and education to clients, families and caregivers to support successful rehabilitation outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest practices and standards in occupational therapy

• Valid registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care environment
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to tailor interventions to individual client needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families and the multidisciplinary team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Proficiency in the use of relevant documentation and assessment tools
