Marketing Executive
Position Overview
The Marketing Executive (Events & Partnerships) will play a key role in planning, managing, and executing marketing initiatives across global conferences, exhibitions, and partner-led events. This role requires a proactive, hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable representing the company at international events, and ensures every engagement reinforces Bitdeer AI’s position as a global leader in AI infrastructure and cloud innovation.
This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer who enjoys building meaningful industry connections, managing event campaigns end-to-end, and crafting impactful messages that elevate Bitdeer AI’s brand globally. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the internal marketing team, design, BD & sales teams as well as external partners and event organizers, to deliver impactful brand experiences that elevate Bitdeer AI’s presence in the global AI and cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Event Management
o Plan and execute Bitdeer AI’s participation in key global and regional industrial events.
o Oversee full event lifecycle of pre-event promotion, on-site execution and post-event follow-up, including conceptualization, logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management to ensure maximum brand exposure and measurable results.
o Ensure consistent brand presentation and messaging across all event touchpoints.- Partnership & Collaboration
o Work with strategic partners on co-marketing events and joint initiatives in target markets such as hackathons, roundtable discussions, and workshops etc.
o Manage communication flow and ensure timely alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
o Collaborate with design and digital teams to create event-related materials (banners, presentations, videos, social posts).- Integrated Marketing (Content & Social Media)
o Draft and define compelling copy for executive speeches, marketing decks, blog posts and partner announcements.
o Support basic digital marketing campaigns (email blasts, newsletters).- Communication & Reporting
o Prepare clear and professional communications for event briefings, presentations, and post-event reports.
o Draft speaking notes, event summaries, and follow-up materials for internal teams and partners.
o Track ROI and provide post-event data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in event execution.
o Draft and refine copy for executive speeches, marketing decks, and partner announcements.- Planning & Coordination
o Develop annual event calendars, project timelines, and execution roadmaps.
o Manage multiple event projects concurrently with strong prioritization and attention to detail.
o Support the Marketing Director in strategic event planning and resource allocation by researching key industry events, market opportunities, and competitor presence.
Job Requirement:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in event management, corporate communications, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B technology, cloud, or AI sectors.
- Proven ability to plan and manage conferences or exhibitions end-to-end, including logistics, vendor management, and budget control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to represent the brand confidently in professional settings.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency across all materials and deliverables.
- Collaborative and adaptable, capable of working across teams and with external stakeholders in different regions.
- Professional presence and composure, comfortable interacting with partners.
- Creative problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and manage last-minute changes calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to support events and partnership initiatives.
