About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. If you are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Handle emails, calls, and general correspondence
  • Prepare documents, quotations, and delivery orders
  • Maintain proper filing (digital & physical)
  • Assist with procurement and vendor coordination
  • Support onboarding/offboarding admin processes
  • Perform data entry and ensure accurate records
  • Assist with packing and coordination for deliveries/roadshows
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks when needed
What We Are Looking For
  • Organised, meticulous, and dependable
  • Positive attitude and a good team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience is a plus, but not required
  • Open to entry-level candidates
