As a Senior/ Assistant Manager, Service Operations (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage daily ward operations and staff workflow
• Ensure service quality, safety, and 5S standards
• Handle service recovery and act on patient feedback
• Drive process improvements for better patient experience
• Communicate key updates to frontline staff
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams
• Plan rosters and manage manpower
• Coach staff to maintain service excellence
• Update training materials and support onboarding
• Promote team engagement and morale
• Submit accurate reports on time

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in any healthcare related field
• Min 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage
