Our client is a well-established MNC trading company specializing in industrial gases and electronic equipment/materials. They are currently seeking an Accounts & Admin Assistant Manager to join their team.

【 Responsibilities 】
  • Input and process accounting journal entries
  • Manage payment and receipt transactions, including bank transfers, incoming payments, and petty cash handling
  • Process staff expense reimbursements (e.g., transportation, business trips, and other employee claims)
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in data compilation, report preparation, and month-end/year-end closing activities
  • Support general administrative duties related to the General Affairs and Administration departments

  • Annual Leave: 10 days, increasing up to a maximum of 17 days

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
  • Diploma in Finance/Accounting or related.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the Manufacturing/Trading industry.
  • Able to join immediately (Within 1 month)
(Advantageous)
  • Experience in a Full set of accounting.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing company with a Factory environment
  • Knowledge of Cost accounting
  • Experience in Japanese company.
