Project Manager (Data & Analytics) – AMK

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehouse projects, working closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and project teams to drive successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehouse projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, resources, and budget.
• Drive project execution and ensure milestones are achieved according to agreed plans.
• Work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, internal teams, and project members to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and take proactive actions to resolve or mitigate them.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed time, cost, quality, and client expectations.
• Manage project financials, resource planning, and project performance to meet delivery targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to project team members.
• Lead project proposal preparation, including cost estimation, delivery assumptions, and project planning.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Management, Enterprise Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data Visualisation, or Analytics implementation.
• Proven experience managing 2 to 3 end-to-end implementation projects in Data Warehouse, Data Visualisation, and/or Analytics.
• Prior experience as a vendor Project Manager for Government or Education sector projects.
• Prior experience delivering MINDEF-related projects is required.
• Must have been previously security cleared for CAT 1 / G50.
• Strong understanding of MINDEF security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience.
• Able to engage effectively with clients, project teams, managers, and senior executives in a consulting environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide project teams and drive project outcomes.
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable solving problems across different domains and industries.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction, delivery quality, and successful project outcomes.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
