Project Manager (ACMV)

Salary: $6000 - $9000
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am - 1pm (Alternate Sat)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Scope

Manage ACMV / HVAC projects from planning to completion
Oversee project schedule, manpower, budget, and site progress
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Supervise ACMV installation works including VRV, VRF, and CHWP systems
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with regulations
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Prepare project reports and update management on progress

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of ACMV / HVAC project experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance
Familiar with VRV, VRF, CHWP, and ACMV systems
Able to read technical drawings and use project management software
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Able to work independently and solve problems effectively
Familiar with workplace safety regulations and industry standards
