We are looking for a Junior Finance Executive to support our finance team in managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to grow their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Finance Operations
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts accurately.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry in the accounting system.
  • Support bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Assist in compiling data for budget tracking and variance analysis.
  • Compliance & Audit Support
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Prepare supporting documents required for internal and external audits.
  • Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team.
  • Support any ad hoc financial projects or tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Compliance: Properly following financial procedures and maintaining documentation standards.
  • Learning Progress: Ability to adapt, learn company-specific processes, and use accounting software effectively.
  • Team Support: Responsiveness and reliability in assisting the Finance Executive/Manager.
