Senior accounts/finance executive - Toa Payoh

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Executive to join our team and support the financial operations of this unique business model.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing full spectrum of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting entries.
• Collaborate with operational branches to record daily Point of Sale (POS) sales receipts, including cash sales, credit card sales, and transactions through delivery platforms.
• Maintain records of Petty Cash for the outlets.
• Verify and record vendor invoices and staff expense claims.
• Maintain proper recording and filing of documents.
• Undertake any other finance administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent in the finance discipline
• At least 5 years AP/AR related working experience, preferably in F&B or automobile industry
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Experience in auto-count accounting software will be an added advantage. Training will be provided for those with no knowledge of the auto count system.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and formulas
