Bukit Merah - Family Office Accountant (trusts/SPVs/investment vehicles)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and oversee daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage and reconcile investment portfolios, tracking income, expenses, and asset valuations (including equities, real estate, private equity, etc.).
- Assist with tax compliance, preparation of tax filings, and liaison with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
- Coordinate and support annual audits and internal reviews.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts for the family office and related entities such as trusts and SPVs.
- Maintain meticulous financial records, filing, and documentation to support transparency and compliance.
- Collaborate with external service providers including banks, auditors, legal counsel, and tax consultants.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CA).
- Minimum 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably within family offices, private wealth management, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant regulations
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of confidentiality.
