We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the implementation of our HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR technology, strong project management skills, and experience in managing large-scale HRIS projects.Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead complex HRIS projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes. This includes managing project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. HRIS Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new HR systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
This includes working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensuring that the system meets those needs. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various HR and IT stakeholders , managing expectations, communicating project status, and resolving conflicts.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, service level agreements, and issue escalation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Project Management, with expertise in managing large-scale HRIS projects. Proven experience in HR technology, including HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors.Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with diverse groups, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot system issues and analyze data.
